UCB Radio Canada YETI Giveaway Contest Rules

1. Eligibility
   • This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees of UCB Radio Canada, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
   • The contest begins July 13th, 2026 at 5:00am EST and ends July 26, 2026 at 11:59pm EST.
   • All entries must be received by the closing date and time to qualify.
3. How to Enter
   • Visit the station’s website and submit an entry form.
4. Prizes
   • Winners will receive 4 complimentary tickets to Sunday Night Christina Concert: Leeland and SEU Worship Aug. 2, 2026.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection
   • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • Winners will be notified by phone or text message or email before July 28th.
   • If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Conditions
   • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and decisions, which are final.
   • Winners may be required to provide valid identification and sign a release form to claim their prize.
   • Winners grant UCB Radio Canada the right to use their name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Disclaimers
   • UCB Radio Canada is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technical failures affecting participation.
   • UCB Radio Canada reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Taxes
   • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.
9. Privacy
   • Information collected during the contest will be used in accordance with UCB Radio Canada’s privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
    • This contest is governed by the laws of Canada and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations.
