Promotions Lead
Full-Time | Hybrid | Ontario-Based Preferred
UCB Radio is currently looking for a Promotions Lead to help strengthen and grow our community engagement efforts across Ontario and Eastern Canada.
This is a highly relational and community-focused role that works closely with:
- Churches
- Ministries
- Artists
- Community leaders
- Concerts and tours
- Promotional campaigns
- Listener engagement initiatives
The Promotions Lead will help support and execute:
- Better Together Church Spotlights
- Community Connections
- Concerts and live events
- Church partnerships
- Outreach initiatives
- National campaigns at a local level

What This Role Looks Like
This role includes:
- Visiting churches and ministry partners
- Supporting concerts and events
- Building community relationships
- Coordinating promotional initiatives
- Representing UCB publicly
- Collaborating with internal teams across Canada
No two weeks look exactly the same — and that’s part of what makes this role exciting.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Relational and approachable
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Passionate about ministry and community engagement
- Able to communicate professionally in both church and public settings
Experience in promotions, events, ministry, communications, marketing, or radio is considered an asset — but character, attitude, and relational strengths matter just as much.
Location & Travel
Ontario-based preferred (Belleville / GTA Corridor ideal)
Regular travel throughout Eastern Canada is expected, including:
- Ontario
- Ottawa Valley
- Windsor corridor
- Atlantic Canada
- Surrounding UCB markets and partner communities
Some evening and weekend work will be required during concerts, events, and major campaigns.
