Tax receipts for your generous support are issued early the year after you made your donation(s). We will send you a combined receipt that you can submit with your tax return.

If you made a donation to the Hope Run or set up a fundraiser to raise money on behalf of UCB all donations will have been receipted at the time of donation.

It's really easy to change your monthly giving amount. Please call 1-866-388-4488.

For security reasons we would prefer you to call us at 1-866-388-4488 to make changes to your bank account information, for a new credit card number, or update your expiry. 

Spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by the organization. Should a donor choose to restrict a contribution for use in a particular program or project, we will honour that restriction, with the understanding that, when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed. Gifts are acknowledged and receipted with an official receipt for income tax purposes.
