UCB Media Announces New Radio Station in Regina Canada

(REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA) -- At Regina’s 9th annual “Praise in The Park” event UCB Media announced they will be launching the first Christian Radio Station in Regina. CIUC-FM will broadcast a message of hope at 95.9 MHz will be with a Contemporary Christian Music format.

In preparation for the launch event, UCB Media has mounted a #FORREGINA campaign to create content around what people from Regina love about their city. www.forregina.ca provides ways you can get involved with this project. The launch celebration is set for May 2023.

“There are still some significant structural and technical challenges ahead to see this station get to air. However, we are confident in the enthusiastic team currently tackling those changes and fully anticipate launch in May,” says UCB’s Operations Director John Roeper.

“Regina, like so many Canadian City’s is battling a new level of discouragement and fear. Our goal is to connect people to music that is positive and uplifting, where we can experience the love that God offers us, a life connected through Jesus,” says John Connor, UCB’s National Promotions Director.
