I always have the the radio going. Always have Christian music. And sometimes I can be doing something and I I can hear the words and then they'll just hit me and it could be kind of going through something I'm going through and the words that are are sung and just kind of helps me at that moment like I used to even listen to the secular music. But I don't listen to that. Hardly ever. Now it's always the Christian music. I don't know. It does something to my spirit, you know, fills my spirit.

Hi, this is Mark. I’m actually calling from the Real Canadian Superstore—I work here. I’ve struggled with addiction and mental health all my life. I’ve hit some really low points and gone down some tough roads. But one day, I finally got on my knees and said, “God, show me the way.” That’s when I found this station.
