Cody Carnes is a worship leader and songwriter known for blending innovative artistry with authentic worship. He has written powerful anthems like “Firm Foundation (He Won’t),” “Praise,” “Run to the Father,” “Christ Be Magnified,” and “Bless God.” Cody received two GRAMMY nominations in 2020 for his album Run to the Father and the global hit “The Blessing,” co-written with his wife, Kari Jobe. In 2022, he recorded his first two live albums, God Is Good! and Firm Foundation. Originally from Texas, Cody now resides in Nashville, where he and Kari serve at The Belonging Co. and tour with their two sons, Canyon and Kingston.
