She had an absolutely amazing time in camp, and we already look forward to her being able to attend camp again next year. Thank you so much for the support and all you do. We appreciate it.

Thank you for sending me to L.I.T. camp. L.I.T. stands for Leaders in Training. I made quite a lot of new friends and enjoyed working with the younger kids. I also had a lot of fun learning about my religion some more and about the activities at the camp. I enjoyed having campfires and hanging around with kids who were a little older than me. My favourite part was learning about Christianity and teaching children the proper way. A lot of the kids said I was their favourite. I have a lot of stories about what happened and I helped kids make friends. Next year, I hope I can be a councillor at the camp. Thank you for sending me to this camp.

Camp was a blast this summer! My cabin was called the Inn, and I made lots of new friends there. My favourite activity was archery. I thought it might be hard, but it turned out to be awesome. I especially liked the game we played with the foam arrows—it made me laugh so much, and everyone was cheering each other on. I also tried rock climbing. It was really tricky, and my arms got tired, but I was proud that I kept pushing and climbed higher than I thought I could. The food at camp was yummy too. My favourite meal was on the very first night when we had spaghetti. It was so good after a big day of activities. Another big thing for me at camp was being around horses. Before, I was afraid of them, but spending time near them helped me realize how gentle and cute they are. Now I really like horses! I am grateful to have had this experience. I know I wouldn’t have been able to go without the help of one very kind person who paid for half of my camp, and UCB Radio, which covered the other half. You both gave me the chance to try new things, make friends, and create memories I will never forget. Thank you so much for making camp possible for me!
