Hi, this is Mark. I’m actually calling from the Real Canadian Superstore—I work here. I’ve struggled with addiction and mental health all my life. I’ve hit some really low points and gone down some tough roads. But one day, I finally got on my knees and said, “God, show me the way.” That’s when I found this station. I've been in Fort McMurray for a couple of years, but I listen to UCB every day in my car at home. It connects me sometimes I think more than going to church connects me just the music and how music generally impacts our soul. And when you put Jesus in the mix of that music, it makes an incredible impact on your life. It really does. Even if you don't have, you know, like minded people around you or you know you're struggling to find a church just having Jesus come through that music into my heart and into my life every day. It's amazing. I couldn't--I couldn't change it, I wouldn't change it. I love this station and I love God.

About a week ago, I was driving to Kingston with my grandson, who is 12 years old, and I always listen to UCB. That's the only thing on in my truck. But I said Ace, would you like to pick a station to listen to? And he said, “Oh, no, grandma. Christian radio is just fine with me.” I was just thrilled to hear him say that and to know that he was eager to listen to more Christian music. He's made a commitment to Christ and he listens to Christian radio. His mom and stepfather listen to Christian music. So he was just happy to--to listen to it.
