What Is "Future You" Saying to You?

I recently took a class, and one of the exercises was to imagine “Future You.” When you think about you, 5, 10, 15 years from now, who do you see? What does she look like? What is he doing? How is she spending her time? Who is he hanging out with? How is she investing in life? Is he doing the same things as today? Or something different?

And the biggest question of all: What would “Future You” say to you this very day?

Listen. What is Future You whispering to you today? Because it may be a wake-up call. A hint to “cease the day” and make a change.
