I always have the the radio going. Always have Christian music. And sometimes I can be doing something and I I can hear the words and then they'll just hit me and it could be kind of going through something I'm going through and the words that are are sung and just kind of helps me at that moment like I used to even listen to the secular music. But I don't listen to that. Hardly ever. Now it's always the Christian music. I don't know. It does something to my spirit, you know, fills my spirit.

Hi, this is Mark. I’m actually calling from the Real Canadian Superstore—I work here. I’ve struggled with addiction and mental health all my life. I’ve hit some really low points and gone down some tough roads. But one day, I finally got on my knees and said, “God, show me the way.” That’s when I found this station. It’s been so helpful in drawing me closer to Jesus and keeping Him in my heart every day. Thank you for giving me the space to share this.  I was driving to work and heard a song that really spoke to my heart.  Rebekah, thanks to your efforts; I now know the name of the song is “When I fall”.  I was in tears driving and listening.  My parents are elderly with a lot of complex health issues and my father has been bedridden for almost 3 years.  My son and I manage their care.  My son is 24 and has put his flying career on hold to help me with their care. Many days we feel burnt out and hopeless; but with the grace of God we are lifted (“caught when we fall”). God bless you and everyone at UCB Canada as well as all the composers and musicians involved in creating these beautiful songs (which are a true testament of so many people’s lives). That is how God can connect to us; and in turn we connect to Him..as well as connect to another.
